I love people and I love to photograph people. I have captured hundreds of weddings, headshots and families over the years and am passionate about natural and beautiful images of people. I like to keep it fun, fresh, vibrant and as natural as possible. I am willing to travel almost anywhere, am passport ready for Destinations and am always up for an adventure. My images are real life with a little creativity.

Combined with my love and passion for people and photography, is my enjoyment in design. Whether invitations, print ready year-books, photobooks, eBooks, logos or wall art, I love combining my Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign skills to create something unique for whatever you require.
video editing
Over the years, I have enjoyed making short videos for people all over the world to mark a special occasion. During the Covid Lockdown, people found this an especially brilliant way to celebrate someone, combining videos from all the corners of the globe, to send to someone special, celebrating a birthday or to mark a unique occasion. Have a look at some of these videos to get an idea of what we can create together. I use Adobe After Effects and am willing to include your preferences and ideas.

Originally from South Africa, I moved to the UK 23 years ago, newly married planning to stay for just a year. After 10 years in Business Intelligence consulting, I left the corporate world and the daily commute into the city to pursue a career in photography. After attending night classes, I started working for a local photographer gaining valuable experience and knowledge in portrait, commercial and event photography. When designing an invite for the girls Yr11 prom, we wanted it fun, bold, elegant and not a “typical” Prom invite for 15/16 yr olds. Ingrid designed an invite and an admit one ticket that was exactly as we explained in the brief and we both really enjoyed the process of adding the metallic gold foil during the print process!
My son was gifted one of Ingrid’s videos by his friends when our family relocated. It has been played and replayed many times over the last three years to both happy and sad tears... and I am sure we will be playing it for many years to come.
